Process of BP recruitment usually lasts from 3 to 6 weeks. The guarantee period lasts from 3 to 6 months depending on the type of filled position.

During the guarantee period we are monitoring satisfaction of the contract owner and adaptation of a hired candidate. In case of need we provide consultations.
